People selling their stuff at a very large market we visited in Bagan. Everything you can imagine was for sale, from all imaginable foodstuffs to clothes to crafts. One object that caught my eye was a long wicked looking pointed brass thing with a decorative top and a slit through the brass point. It was about a foot long. I asked what it was and was told it was for tatooing in a particular Burmese tribe. Didn't buy and later so many more. Kind of wish I had gotten it.
Another picture of the market.
Now here's an ingenious way to transport your little ones.

I'd rather be thought a fool and drive my kids than thought ingenious and carry them in this manner! It gives one such respect for how the women in Asian countries work so hard...not that they don't here....I guess I'm digging a hole here, eh?
Love,
David
